Registration and Schedule
How do I register for classes?
For detailed information about the steps involved in finding, choosing, and registering for classes, see the Registration Toolkit. If you know what you are looking for and are ready to register, log in to your WebRunner account and use the Student Scheduler Tool.
If you are a new student, first complete an online application for admission. Students who are in the process of completing their admission application can still register for up to 5 credits during Open Registration times.
If you want to register on or after the first day of class you will need to get instructor permission and register before the late registration deadline, which is the second Monday of the term. See the academic calendar for dates and deadlines.
After your application is processed, you will receive a series of emails about next
steps. Here are the steps you'll take from application to registration so you can know what
to expect.
What if a class is full?
You can still register if there are seats available on the waitlist. If a student
in the class drops, you will be notified via your 太阳3平台测速 student email account. Once
notified, you will have 48 hours to register, after which time you will be dropped
from the list.
When can I register?
The day and time you may begin to register is based on credits you’ve earned at 太阳3平台测速.
See the Academic Calendar for details.
How do I drop or withdraw from a class?
If you would like to drop a class you have registered for, login to WebRunner, choose the student tab, then click on registration. To receive a full refund you must drop the class before the drop deadline (see the academic calendar), or you will be charged for the class regardless whether you attend or not.
You have until the end of the seventh week of each term to officially withdraw from a full-term class and earn a “W” grade. Please note: “W” grades are considered non-completion grades for academic standing and financial aid.
Read a step-by-step tutorial on how to drop a class.
What is First Year Seminar (FYS)?
First Year Seminar courses (previously Destination Graduation) are designed to support students in their first term. They provide the strategies, knowledge, resources, and connections to ensure student success. FYS is a common requirement at colleges and universities nationwide. Our 1-credit FYS courses are required for new students. For information about requirements, course options, and upcoming course schedules, see the First Year Seminar Course Guide.
